A little bit on our history...

Having been a buyer of corporate recruitment services, and subsequently acted as an Interim Management Consultant, I was inspired to set up Intuitive in the firm belief that there was a different way of approaching the recruitment process. It's pretty simple really - all parties are treated well and with respect - and our clients have enjoyed the experience!

Throughout my career, my core values have very much been about establishing and developing successful relationships in which you treat others as you want to be treated.

These very simple - but important - values are at the core of everything we do at Intuitive.

Our Clients

We are privileged to work with the most of the rail sector's key organisations, including transport owning groups – both at strategic and operational level. We work on both Group level executive appointments and supporting bid teams throughout the lengthy, highly complex franchise competitions with the Department of Transport.

We also work closely with passenger & freight operating companies, Passenger Transport Executives and rolling stock manufacturers, both on a permanent search and interim consultancy basis.

We source and provide candidates for roles at executive director, manager and ‘Head of’ level. These roles are primarily within operating businesses, however we also supply candidates with specific change management and business transformation experience, as well as talented professionals from outside the transport sector. This includes revenue growth, retail, customer experience and commercial performance.
