Intuitive is a proud signatory of the EDI Charter, launched by Women in Rail and the Railway Industry Association to promote equality, diversity and inclusion in the UK rail industry.
Women in Transport
Women in Transport is a non-profit organisation empowering women to realise their full potential in the transport industry and promoting a diverse UK transport workforce.
Women in Rail
Women in Rail aims to encourage more women to embark on careers in the rail industry, providing them with support and networking opportunities, and promoting the sector as a career option.
Girls out Loud
Girls Out Loud is a social enterprise dedicated to raising the aspirations of teenage girls and empowering them to find their voice, boosting their confidence, self-assurance and self-esteem.
Railway Industry Association
The Railway Industry Association is the national trade association for UK-based suppliers to the rail industry. Established in 1875, it has more than 350 member companies from across the supply chain.
Archway
Archway is Network Rail’s LGBT+ employee network. It promotes LGBT+ equality through awareness-raising and networking events, supporting colleagues, and reviewing policies and practices.
Railway Mental Health Charter
Intuitive is proud to have signed the Railway Mental Health Charter, which aims to end mental health stigma in UK rail and helps to promote, manage and support mental wellbeing in the industry.
Muslims in Rail
Muslims in Rail is a national network of UK rail and transport professionals. It works to connect and inspire Muslims working in the rail industry or who are looking to do so.
