Nina Lockwood

CEO

Nina has specialised in recruiting talented leaders for over 20 years and has been immensely successful in creating an international network of highly qualified, experienced individuals. Nina leads on non-executive director searches, and supports our team in delivering leading senior management and executive board appointments.

For 7 years, Nina has chaired the Outstanding Personal Contribution category for the National Rail Awards and judged the Outstanding Teamwork category and is a regular face at industry conferences, both as a speaker and a delegate. Nina also sits on the Women in Rail North West Committee, is a mentor for the Women in Transport Mentoring Scheme and an Ambassador for Girls out Loud.

Ellie has been in the rail industry for eight years, having started out as a PA, journalist and event planner for RAIL magazine. Her previous experience has helped to make Ellie highly organised, as well as giving her the opportunity to build strong and diverse working relationships across UK rail.
She is continuing to forge new bonds with railway industry organisations and their leaders as executive assistant and right-hand woman to Nina Lockwood, Intuitive’s founder and CEO.
